DON E. PETERSEN is a South Dakota native who earned undergraduate and law degrees from the University of South Dakota (1986). Don is a member of the American Bar Association and the South Dakota Bar Association. In addition to being admitted to practice in the State of South Dakota, Don is admitted to the US District Court for the District of South Dakota. 

Don’s practice focuses on acquisitions, planning and organization, real estate, and other business transactions, as well as estate planning and trust administration.
